In the interest of protecting the health and safety of our employees, we’ve added a new requirement to our RMA process. (An RMA is a Return Material Authorization.) All sensors used in water- and soil-related applications, configured weather systems, or any other products exposed to hazardous materials, must be decontaminated prior to returning them to Campbell Scientific for calibration, repair, or other service. A new form, Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination, must be completed and returned with the products. This form is available on our website at campbellsci.com/repair. Any returns that arrive without this form completed will not be processed. If the form is not received within three days of product receipt, or incomplete, the product will be returned at the sender’s expense.
