  1. Added CDM_Delay instruction.
  2. Changed USB subclass to 0x02 to make driver installation optional under Windows 10.
  3. Fixed CPI synchronization errors.

  5. Fixed subscan bug where measurement sequencing blocks while waiting for the subscan timer resource.
  6. Fixed device type auto-detection in extreme cold temperatures.
